The first issue of Vishwabandhu in 2026 looks at recent tumultuous world events, including in Venezuela and Bangladesh. It examines the relevance of the ideological project of Visvabharati and Santiniketan in the struggle for peace and intercivilizational dialogue in this time, through articles and an interview. Lastly, we publish two archival documents, focused on the relationship of Tagore with Gandhi and the Indian freedom movement.
